Vivek Muralidharan is the Principal Innovation and Technology Manager at Business Area Autonomous Mobility in Continental. Before this role, Vivek was the Head of Business Innovation for Passive Safety topics where he led multiple projects on Occupant Monitoring for Health and Safety of vehicle occupants. Vivek also has formerly worked in Industrialization of new cabin electronics products in Harman International and Visteon.

Doing this, I often have built high performing teams that deliver the best in class products, features and business models through well-structured processes and data driven performance indicators. As an Innovation manager, I envision, validate and develop integrated safety products for autonomous mobility and manage a portfolio of interconnected products that help keep occupants of the vehicle and vulnerable road users safe. This excites me and keeps my engine running on day to day basis.
