Raphaël is an innovation leader driven by a passion for user-centric design and system-wide thinking. With over a decade of experience spanning innovation labs, design thinking, and strategic transformation, he has shaped forward-thinking practices at companies like Valeo, DXC Technology, and Parkeon. Currently R&I Manager at Valeo’s Brain Division, Raphaël leads cross-disciplinary innovation efforts—blending technology, design, and business vision to turn complex challenges into meaningful, human-centered solutions. His work consistently aims to reconcile the needs of users with the possibilities of technology to create impactful, future-ready innovation.
