An engineer by background, he began his career with STMicroelectronics, India. In 2008, after having participated in and led many advanced semiconductor process based designs, he moved to STMicroelectronics in Grenoble, France, where he also pursued his studies to obtain an MBA degree in Finance from the Grenoble Ecole de Management.

From 2008 till 2015, Vijay has occupied various roles in ST-Ericsson and STMicroelectronics, from system-on-chip architecture and complex multi-site project management to technical marketing; which gives him a good understanding of things from technical, execution and business perspectives.

Vijay has a vast international exposure dealing with multi-billion dollar clients and managing cross-functional teams across countries. He also has one filed & two accepted patents and three publications in major conferences.

Outside of his professional career, Vijay loves photography and has photos published in reputed magazines such as the National Geographic.
