As a systems thinker and enterprise design thinking coach with more than 17 years of professional experience in different design areas, Hamed is involved in Design Leadership & Mentorship on a global scale via his various roles such as the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF) Europe Manager; IxDA Local Leader in Sweden; UX Mentor at Nielsen Norman Group; CX Mentor at CXPA; Service Design Global Conference Director at SDN; Service Design Mentor & Course Training Reviewer at Service Design College; Entrepreneurship & Innovation Mentor for MSc students at Lund University; Founder & User Group Leader of Miro Scandinavia; Global Goals Jam, Global Gov Jam, Global CX day, and World Interaction Design Day organiser in Sweden.
He also won several awards like Best Visual Experience 2016 at OpenHack in Greater Copenhagen, VOLVO Innovation Challenge 2018 for Transportation of Tomorrow, and OpenHack 2018 Sweden First Place for Smart Cities & Sustainability.
