Brazilian-born Gustavo Guerra has over 15 years’ experience in a wide array of design industries, ranging from products, furniture, point-of-purchase, to transportation design, both in B2C and B2B environments. In 2008 Gustavo has joined the Volvo Group, working in different multibrand contexts within the group, located in several locations such as Sweden, France, China and USA, and currently serving as Design Director for the Volvo business areas of the Group (Volvo Trucks, Volvo Construction Equipment, Volvo Buses and Volvo Penta). Gustavo holds a Bachelor in Product Design from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, a Masters in Industrial Design from HDK – Gothenburg University, and an Executive MBA from Handelshögskolan – School of Business, Economics and Law in Gothenburg, Sweden.
