After various functions in development and purchasing at Daimler, Mr. Massing joined Magna in 2007, where he was responsible for gesture and eye control, driver assistance systems, EV / hybrid vehicles and lighting systems in various management positions.

In the following he was responsible for "Driver Experience, mechatronic controls and interior light" at BMW.

Mr. Massing is back at the Daimler AG since 2016 and is now responsible for the development of "user interaction" for all Mercedes-Benz passenger cars.
