Dr. Daniel Ulmer studied Software Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Esslingen and received his Master of Electrical Engineering from the University of Delaware, USA, in 2004. In 2012 he received his PHD from the University of Tübingen. He has served as an auditor in embedded projects for assessing engineering and test quality. Since 2013 he is managing director of Steinbeis Interagierende Systeme GmbH in Herrenberg. The company is engaged in scenario based testing, test strategies and test platforms for Automated Driving.
